Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
We understand you are eager to receive your anointing oil. All orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of placement, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes:
Standard Shipping (3-Day):** Our standard shipping method is a 3-day service. You can expect your order to arrive at your doorstep within **3 business days** after it leaves our facility.
Expedited Shipping:** For faster delivery, expedited shipping options (such as 2-Day or Next-Day Air) are available at checkout. Additional fees will apply based on the service selected and your delivery location.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the sacred and personal nature of our anointing oils, we have a limited returns policy to ensure the integrity and sanctity of our products.
Our Policy:
Returns are only accepted if the item arrives genuinely **damaged during shipment** or is defective. We cannot accept returns based on fragrance preference or if the product has been used, opened, or tampered with.
How to Initiate a Return for a Damaged Item:

2. Provide your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged product and its packaging.
3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Resolution:
Upon approval of your damaged item return, we will issue a **store credit** for the full amount of the returned product. This credit can be applied towards an exchange for the same item or any other purchase on our site. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds to the original payment method.
Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For damaged items, the store credit will be for the product value only.
